In-home services

We provide home-visit care, home-visit bathing, home-visit nursing, day care services and in-home services to support clients who wish to remain living at home in their local community until the final journey in life. We provide expert quality care and coordinate care services for our clients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with warm and heartfelt affection.

Facilities services

We specialise in providing residences with services, private residential homes and group homes. Our unique homes are designed to ensure comfortable and safe living in a spacious layout and location. We have qualified nursing staff on site to monitor resident’s safety and to perform vital health checks. Also, all rooms including bathroom and toilet have an emergency call function for peace of mind. Our facilities will ensure our residents will enjoy comfortable and safe living into their final journey in life.

Day care recreation activities

We offer a unique day care school on a wide range of different education activities, topics and concepts. This includes a focus on learning therapy for ‘dementia’ and improvement of physical functions. In addition to our school curriculum, we also organise many events such as summer festival, athletic meets and art exhibitions where family and the broader community can attend social events and gatherings.

Staff training

We believe that it is vitally important for our staff to receive the necessary training to ensure the provision of high quality care services. Our staff attend training on a regular basis and attend presentations from outside speakers such as business etiquette instructors, networking representatives, pharmacists, qualified doctors, emergency management technicians and general sessions to improve their education and skills. We opened a dedicated training school and qualification course to ensure the long term sustainability of the aged care industry.

Technical School for (New) Care Workers

We deliver seminars and training courses so that people can learn the necessary skills to work in as care worker. Our practical-based training is aimed to support the needs of a growing aging society and population and is delivered by our qualified expert staff in our training facilities. After completing their training, our care workers have the necessary practical skills and knowledge to commence work as an effective care worker.
